I had a splendid stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing - huge, very attractive, and spotlessly clean, fully stocked to accommodate a family of five. Everything was laid out perfectly, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was a standout feature with top-notch appliances and all the necessary cookware. The service was exceptional, with staff always friendly and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Orlando, close to all the attractions. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the nice and clean pool.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms, though a bit dark and dated, were spacious and nice for a 2-bedroom suite. The service provided by Ms. Selena and Ms. Valerie was exceptional, and the location was convenient, especially being near the theme parks. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a dirty sock found under the bed.
